This plan is put into action during the initial conversations with a lateral partner candidate, and continues through orientation and into a new partner’s first year at Sedgwick. Our partner integration program includes developing and implementing individual plans for new partners that engage them regularly with firm leadership and connect them to the firm’s people and processes.
